Bridge Hiring reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Bridge Hiring and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent of Bridge Hiring. Bridge Hiring will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

JURISDICTION AND VENUE

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising from or relating to this these Terms of Service, or the subject matter, breach or validity thereof shall be instituted exclusively in the federal court located in St. George, Utah and all state court matters in the fifth judicial district court in Cedar City, Utah. You agree to waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, conflicting with another provision of these Terms of Service, or otherwise unenforceable, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent possible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

CUSTOMER AND REFUND POLICY

Bridge Hiring guarantees customer satisfaction with the Website, Content and services provided by Bridge Hiring. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the foregoing or circumstances arise where you are not in the need of our service a full refund will be given within thirty (30) days.

If a customer chooses to cancel after thirty (30) days the customer may:

  1. Receive a prorated credit to your Bridge Hiring account
  2. Apply unused subscription time to another subscription
  3. Transfer unused subscription time to another company

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bridge Hiring regarding the use of the Website and Content. Bridge Hiring’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. The word “including” means including without limitation. This Agreement, and your rights and obligations herein, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without Bridge Hiring’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void. The terms of this Agreement shall be binding upon assignees. In the event of any litigation between regarding this Agreement the prevailing party shall be entitled to the payment by the losing party of its reasonable attorney fees, court costs and litigation expenses.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Bridge Hiring may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. If Bridge Hiring makes a material change to these Terms of Use, Bridge Hiring will indicate (on the Website or otherwise) that our Terms of Use have changed and will provide a link to the new Terms of Use. In the event Bridge Hiring makes a material change to these Terms of Use, Bridge Hiring will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of such revised Terms of Use. The date these Terms of Use were last revised is at the top of this page. You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Use to check for any updates or changes.
