Our Story

We started Bridge Hiring because of a problem we couldn’t solve any other way.

We owned a data aggregation company that processed millions of building permit records a year. We tried hiring locally — too expensive to scale. We tried traditional outsourcing — too many errors, too much babysitting. Nothing worked.

So we built a team in Ghana. We found talented people who had graduated from US-accredited universities, set up an office, and trained them ourselves. The results were immediate: the work got done, the quality was high, and we saved over $800,000 a year. That team was a major factor in maximizing the company’s value before it was acquired in 2024.

After the exit, we knew this model could work for other companies too — and we wanted to create more jobs for more people in Africa. That’s how Bridge Hiring started.

Why Africa

Our founder served a mission in Liberia and fell in love with West Africa. The talent there is real — smart, hardworking, educated people who just need opportunity. Most of the world overlooks them. We don’t.

Our team members are primarily BYU-Pathway students and graduates — people who have studied American curriculum, speak fluent English, and understand how US businesses operate. They’re not random freelancers. They’re vetted, trained, and motivated — because for many of them, this job is the best opportunity they’ve ever had.

What You Get

Talent Search & Vetting

You tell us what you need. We find, screen, and present qualified candidates — usually within a week. You can interview them yourself or let us place them directly.

Full Back-End Support

We handle payroll, compliance, HR, office space, and equipment. You don’t deal with any of it. You pay one US invoice to a company in Cedar City, Utah.

 

Flexibility

No contracts, no minimums. Scale up, scale down, or stop anytime. Need someone for a week? Fine. Need a team for two years? Also fine. If someone isn’t the right fit, we replace them at no charge.
